Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
